| Hmmm... there are so many
phenomena that we have demonstrated to occur that we haven't yet
explained, I'm not sure I quite see the point in spending time on
phenomena that we have never demonstrated to occur. I'm not suggesteing we
ignore everything that's not immediately obvious, but people have been
examining the claims of water diviners for AGES, and not a single one of
them has ever been shown to come up with the goods. It's like asking the question, "How do you explain the amazing invisible levitating orange?" The obvious response is, "What proof do you have of the existence of this amazing invisble levitating orange?" To which the standard reply is, "I keep an open mind."
